“War Room”

“If my people, who are called by name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

 

A battle that is manifested place to place,

A refuge where we advocate face to face.

A room of walls covered in writing and washed in prayer,

Our words carry power so out LOUD the truth we declare.

We ask where deceit resides and expose it with Light,

Then write out specifics, and dress for the fight.

From 2,200 miles away, we war for those back home,

The ones who are sinking into strongholds they’ve claimed as their own.

We war against the enemy that imprisons the world around us,

A reality of dark clouds that hinder vision, and thus,

We take action in One who has victory already,

The only one in existence who is unchanging and steady.

Answers aren’t always provided immediately but we remain adamant, 

Knowing that “Victories do not come by accident.”

You walk into the room and you feel chills,

You feel passionate, the Lion overflowing in us, so much so it spills.

You walk in and sense faith unshakable,

It’s only in Him that this power is attainable.

A wall full of specific prayers answered

Gets us fired up and completely changes our standard.

Our requests are being heard and new flowers now bloom,

All this to say, I invite you to join my war room.
